As Sustainability Manager, Natalie leads internal and external sustainability efforts for Hensel Phelps. She supports Hensel Phelps' efforts on matters related to sustainable design and construction as well as facilitating Hensel Phelps internal corporate social responsibility. Her primary responsibility is providing green building services to Hensel Phelps clients and the AEC community, sustainability-related preconstruction services, and implementing LEED training programs. She oversees the team collaboration from preconstruction through construction with credit documentation management and submission to ensure that all Hensel Phelps projects meet or exceed their intended sustainability goals. She carries extensive experience in embodied carbon footprint reporting of construction materials and executing ambitious sustainability goals in both completed construction projects and onsite construction operations. Natalie is currently involved with teams on three different construction projects that are working toward Net Zero goals in California and is an active member of the Bay Area Sustainable Construction Leaders.
