LEED AP, Fitwel Ambassador. Based in San Diego, Shubha Maheshwari brings more than 13 years of experience in Sustainable Real Estate, ESG and Architecture. Over the past six years as part of the Verdani team, Shubha has worked with several large real estate portfolios such as Colony Capital and American Realty Advisors and is currently managing the ESG program for one of the largest global portfolios – Prudential Real Estate. She also has specialized technical skills and was involved in creating highly acclaimed online Energy Efficiency calculator ‘Encompass Tool’ for the city of Chicago as well as worked on sustainable design of skyscrapers around the world including the upcoming tallest building of the world, Kingdom Tower. Her multidisciplinary experience enables her to work efficiently with cross functional peers. Shubha earned a Bachelor’s in Architecture from India and Master’s degree in Sustainable Design from Carnegie Mellon University. She was recognized in the Environment + Energy Leader’s top 100 honoree list in 2020, and the board IQ’s Hall of Fame Top 100 Asian American emerging leaders that are making an impact, in 2021.
