Inspired after completing a post-college internship in Greenpeace Spain, André Villaseñor went on to graduate school to complete an M.S. in Environmental Science and an M.A. in International Relations. He spent five years in South America, first in Chile working for an environmental consulting firm on transportation projects, then in Ecuador as a U.S. Peace Volunteer carrying out habitat conservation and small business development with the local community. He has served at the U.S. EPA since 2005 where he coordinates programs related to sustainable materials management.
