Srinidhi Sampath Kumar joined the California Housing Partnership in 2018. As Sustainable Housing Policy and Program Manager, she leads policy initiatives and helps design and implement energy efficiency and solar programs that impact low-income Californians by engaging with affordable housing property owners and community based organizations. Alongside coalition partners, she advocates for equitable energy efficiency, and building decarbonization policies that will decrease the split incentives and improve resident's health and comfort. She leads the Partnership's Green Rental homes Energy Efficiency Network (GREEN) and informs affordable housing property owners of new sustainability policy and program initiatives. Prior to joining the Partnership, Srinidhi worked as customer programs specialist with Marin Clean Energy where she spearheaded the design, launch and implementation of the Low-Income Families and Tenants (LIFT) pilot program.

Srinidhi received her Master of City Planning from the University of California, Berkeley and her Bachelor's degree in Economics from Stella Maris College.
