Selvarasu M, Managing Director of LEAD Consultancy has over 30 years of experience and has delivered more than 800 Green building projects across India and abroad. He currently oversees more than 200+ LEED & IGBC and GRIHA projects. He has conducted more than 200 awareness & training sessions to around 2000+ stakeholders such as real estate owners, the industrial sector, consultants (architect, MEP) academicians, green building professionals, etc. He also spearheaded the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) project for, “Developing Replicable Designs for Energy Efficient Residential Buildings” and, “Establishment of an Energy Efficiency Residential cell in South Zone of India.”
