Lorraine Moreno (she/her) is a civil engineering associate at the City of Los Angeles' Bureau of Engineering. She has over 15 years of experience working in the project management and construction management role on various wastewater infrastructure projects. Lorraine is an Envision Sustainability Professional (ENV SP) and currently serves as the Sustainability Officer in the Environmental Engineering Division where her primary role is to implement sustainability strategies in the design and delivery of infrastructure projects.
