Ms. Lubin is a real estate developer, renewable energy advocate and entrepreneur focused on multifamily housing that addresses the related challenges of climate change and housing affordability. She recently completed the first purpose-built ground-up co-living development and among the first all-electric developments in the Bay Area - and in the U.S.; this missing-middle housing development in West Oakland is on-track to achieve zero-net energy production. A second all-electric multifamily, currently under construction, will be Berkeley's first. She has particular depth of expertise in co-living, modular/pre-fab construction, workforce housing and renewable energy including new business models in ZNE and/or embodied carbon reduction.
